Tomorrow the 31st is the traditional LAMVAC end of year swim: One Hundred 100s. 

For all Masters, Coach Sheri will be at the pool from 7AM-9AM.  For all Age Group swimmers and Juniors/Seniors, Coach Ed and Coach Jose will be on deck from 9AM to 12 noon.  The goal is to get as much yardage as possible ≥ 10Km or any distance challenging and memorable enough for you to commemorate the end of 2011 and celebrate the New Year 2012. 

A group photo and treats will also be provided.
