There is no minimum attendance requirement.

      Mon – Thu      4:00-4:45 p.m.      Eagle

                           4:45-5:30 p.m.      Eagle

Piranhas

 2 to 3 practice sessions per week.

      Mon – Fri     3:45-4:30 p.m.      Eagle

Tiger Sharks

3 to 4 practice sessions per week

      Mon – Fri         4:30-5:45 p.m.      Eagle

      Some Sat        7:00-9:00 a.m.      Foothill

Juniors

Recommended attendance is 90%.

      Some Sat    7:00-9:00 a.m.      Foothill

Seniors

Recommended attendance is 100%. Weight training / dry-land training may substitute for swimming on Tuesday and Thursday at Foothill Gym – See Coach.
