Masters

LAMVAC offers a Masters swimming program for swimmers older than 18. Workouts are held at Foothill College pool as follows:

Schedule

Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 5:30am - 7:00am

Some Saturdays (check with coach), 7:00am - 9:00am

Monday thru Friday, 4:00pm - 6:00pm

How often you practice will be determined by your goals. There is no set requirement.

All swimmers must be registered with United States Masters Swimming (USMS).

USMS registration forms are availablefrom the coach at any workout. The fee for membership is $40.00 and extends through the calendar year. Drop-ins are $5.00.
(The membership fee drops to $25.00 in September/October.)

Print out the Masters Flyer and return it to Jose on your first visit to the pool.
